The team X08 was the biggest team I have ever worked in. Despite all the odds, and bad things circulated about it, I must say it was the way how these bigger events teaches you. It was the night before Sakshama X08 start. So, we were all working on various things, in the college, Sakshama X08 Chamber at the Wing A and we got a news that around 160 girls from MITS Lakshamangarh were coming to attend Sakshama X08 and some robotics workshop. Everyone got excited by the news. And we realized that we are not prepared to handle that much crowd, specially girls and workshop. The biggest problem was where to held this workshop for so many people since the earlier arrangements were not enough. Everyone started giving their suggestions, someone suggested to get tents and make some makeshift arrangements, someone suggested to rent some hall outside college campus, someone suggested to cancel the workshop and such suggestions started pouring. I was amazed to see the kind of excitement, anxiety in everyone, everyone was behaving like a responsible team member. It was crisis management time. After all the suggestions spree ended, and removing out all the non feasible suggestions, Daksh Boss and Akshat Boss managed to find out some really feasible solution to the problem, so the solution was to divide the girls into two batches and run two batches parallely for two different workshops, hence reducing the need to a bigger hall. This was really one feasible, well thought solution. And it all went well as well.
Sakshama was a school for me, it was like three industrial trainings I did during my engineering. We started Sakshama as a team of 10 people or less with almost nil capital and at in the third year it become a team of 300 people and a multi million venture 
. It was my first hand startup experience. For every ecbiian reading this, never miss opportunity to be a part of Sakshama in some positive way. You will always get to learn a lot of things. Sakshama was started with a very good intention of starting a culture in ECB. I was crazy about Sakshama and will be always, I know it has seen some bad time but thats always part of big instutions. And its your time to raise the Sakshama to its original level. Ameen.
